The following are the conditions for earning of raffle entry/ies for:



  • “Avail of Vaivén Conversion”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Avail of a PayLite After Purchase transaction”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Avail of a Call for Cash transaction”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Avail of a Balanceo Transfer transaction”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Log-in to Citibank Online”. the Cardholder must log-in to Citibank Online; the Cardholder will earn 1 raffle entry per log-in up to a maximum of 20 log-ins. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • ”Redeem rewards online via www.citibank.com.ph/thankyou”. the Cardholder must redeem rewa0072ds (merchandise, cash credits, charity, airline miles, hotel points, travel) through www.citibank.com.ph/thankyou; the Cardholder will earn 1 raffle entry per Redemption Order ID. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Check available points recuento via SMS”. the Cardholder must check his available points, miles or rebates through SMS by texting RWDSBALLast 4 digits of your Citi Card to 29480 (e.g. RWDSBAL 1234).   • “Avail of a PayLite After Purchase transaction”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Avail of a Click for Cash transaction”. the Cardholder must avail Click for Cash by logging on to Citibank Online or by clicking thru the eDirect Mailer or SMS of the Click for Cash communications. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Avail of a Vaivén Transfer transaction”. the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Enroll in the e-Statement facility”. the Cardholder must successfully enroll in the eStatement facility within the Promo Period. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Create a Citibank Online account”. the Cardholder must successfully create a Citibank Online account within the Promo Period. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Enroll in Citi Alerts via email”. the Cardholder must successfully enroll in Citi Alerts within the Promo Period. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Register his/her mobile number”. the Cardholder must not have an existing mobile number in Citi’s records prior to the Promo, and he/she must register his/her mobile number within the Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Register his/her email address”. the Cardholder must not have an existing email address in Citi’s records prior to the Promo, and he/she must register his/her email address within the Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Update his/her mobile number”. the Cardholder must have an existing mobile number in Citi’s records prior to the Promo and he/she must update his/her mobile number within Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. Only one change in mobile number will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Update his/her email address”. the Cardholder must have an existing email address in Citi’s records prior to the Promo, and he/she must update his/her email address within the Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. Only one change in email address will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Update his/her income”. the Cardholder must update his/her income by emailing his/her latest income documents to update.income@citi.com or submit.income@citi.com within the Promo Period. The list of valid income documents is available on www.citibank.com.ph/incomeupdate. Only one change in income will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Enroll in Voice Biometrics”. the Cardholder must do a successful enrollment in Voice Biometrics within the Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. He/she will receive a confirmation SMS/ Email after 4 hours if enrollment is successful. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Apply for a Citi Card”. the principal applicant must apply online via www.citibank.com.ph or via direct sales, telesales and branch channels, and his/her application must subsequently be approved during the Promo Period. The approved Card should be the Cardholder’s first Citi Card. Only one successful application will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Avail of a Citi Personal Loan”. the loan availment must be made within the Promo Period.

  • “Deposit Cash using Citi ATM”. the Cardholder must deposit Peso cash at any of the Citibank branches, as well as ATM Centers in Citibank Square Building in Eastwood City, Frabelle Building in Alabang, and YET Building in Binondo during the Promo Period. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Register a valid ID”. the Cardholder must not have an existing valid ID (SSS, TIN, Passport or any other valid ID acceptable in CIPP) in Citi’s records prior to the Promo, and he/she must register a valid ID within the Promo Period. To do this, he/she must download and accomplish the form from www.citibank.com.ph/infoupdate (minimum details: bank account, credit card and/or loan number) and submit together with a valid ID and supporting documents (if applicable) to infoupdate.ph@citi.com. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Book a flight/hotel/car rental/activity via Integral Rewards www.citibank.com.ph/thankyou.”. the Cardholder must book a flight, hotel, car rental, or travel activity through www.citibank.com.ph/thankyou; the Cardholder will earn 10 raffle entries per Travel Booking/Trip ID; The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.

  • “Open/Upgrade to a Citi Priority Banking Relationship”. the Cardholder must open a relationship under the Citi Priority segment or the Cardholder must upgrade to Citi Priority segment as the Primary Account Holder. Only one successful account opening or one successful upgrade will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

  • “Open/Upgrade to a Citigold Banking Relationship”. the Cardholder must open a relationship under the Citigold segment or the Cardholder must upgrade to Citigold segment as the Primary Account Holder. Only one successful account opening or one successful upgrade will be qualified to earn raffle entries.


The respective Terms & Conditions of each product above continue to apply.


(2) The following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: existing installment transactions, credit card fees and charges, transactions for business purposes or for nonpersonal purposes, and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.


Citi will generate raffle entries electronically. The number of raffle entries that the Principal Cardholder and each Supplementary Cardholder earns will be aggregated and credited to the Principal Cardholder. The eligibility of the supplementary Cardholder’s transaction to earn raffle entries is dependent on the Principal Card’s credit standing.


(1) The Raffle Draw will determine the winners for five (5) BMW 118i Sport cars. It will be held on February 13, 2017, in the presence of DTI and Citi representatives at the 14th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City.


(2) The Cardholders’ accounts must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.


(3) A cardholder who qualified for raffle entries on account of enrolment for e-Statement, creation of a Citibank Online account, or enrolment for Citi Alerts must maintain his/her enrolment in the facility, and/or his/her Citibank Online account until the time of the draw and the claiming of raffle prizes.


(4) A Cardholder whose name is drawn will be disqualified in the event that his/her Citi Card account/s is/are not maintained in good credit standing; his/her Card account/s become/s delinquent or is/are cancelled, not re-issued or terminated during the Promo Period; and/or his/her new Cards e-Statement enrolment, new Citibank Online account, or new Citi Alerts enrolment are no longer active at the time of the draw and of claiming the raffle prize.


(5) Cardholders whose names are drawn will be subject to verification by Citi.


(1) Five (5) winning Cardholders of BMW 118i Sport cars will be drawn.


(2) A Winner can only win one (1) BMW 118i Sport car during the entire Promo Period.


(3) Winning Cardholder Redemption process:



  • Winners will be notified via phone and registered mail.

  • Winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their Prize certificate. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by Citi with prior DTI approval.

  • Winners will shoulder the 20% prize tax, fees for car registration, car insurance, car delivery, car improvements, government taxes, fees and surcharges, and all other costs and expenses incurred in redeeming and using the Prizes. The color of the car is subject to availability.

  • Winners may claim the Prize certificate Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) from 10:00AM to 5:00PM at 16th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City. Upon claiming his/her Prize, the Winner must present the following:


    - Official Notification Letter from Citi;


    - Valid Citi Card used for the winning transaction;


    - Two (2) valid government-issued I.D. (with photo and signature), ie. Driver’s License, SSS I.D. Passport, TIN card;


    - Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)


    - Winners must submit their TIN number to claim their Prizes. Winners who do not have TIN numbers would need to secure a one-time TIN from the Bureau of Internal Revenue; and


    - Proof of payment of the 20% prize tax.
